We Apologize

Unfortunately we are unable to log you into the property retrieval system. The most likely cause of this problem is that your Web browser's security settings are too high.

Using Internet Explorer? Try the following:
  • From the top menu, click TOOLS -> INTERNET OPTIONS.
  • Click the PRIVACY tab at the top.
  • In the "Settings" block, locate the slider to the left. The position of this slider corresponds to your browser's cookie settings; by default, the slider is located on the third notch from the bottom, signifying Medium security. Drop the slider to the second notch from the bottom, which corresponds to Low security.
  • Click the EDIT button toward the bottom.
  • In the "Address of Web Site" field, type VIEWMYQUERY.COM. Then click the ALLOW button.
  • Click the OK button. When the window closes, click the OK button again.
  • Hit this Web site again. Were you successful logging in?

If you still cannot log in, try the following:
  • From the top menu, click TOOLS -> INTERNET OPTIONS.
  • Click the PRIVACY tab at the top.
  • In the "Settings" block, locate the slider to the left, which should now reside on the second notch from the bottom, signifying Low security. Drop the slider to the very bottom notch, which permits your computer to Accept All Cookies.
  • Click the OK button. When the window closes, click the OK button again.
  • Hit this Web site again. Were you successful logging in?

Note that we highly recommend restoring your normal security levels when not using this Web site. If you still cannot log in, your simplest solution is likely to retrieve your property information from another computer. While our Web site is designed to function quickly and easily from any Windows PC using Internet Explorer 5.x and 6.x, subtle differences in individual computers can cause the site not to function properly. We apologize for this inconvenience and are working hard to minimize these types of problems.
